Melt away your winter coat with a 'refresh' rejuvenating your mind, body & soul. With intuitive herbs to uplift, sound & plant meditation to connect & calm.
Following the recent Harvest full Moon we invite in the new season, and the Spring Equinox.
Warmth in the air, trees in bloom, birds singing & new life all around us. A powerful time to get in touch with Mother Earth & tune into our inner natural ability to heal through connection to her. Plant the seed with thought & intention and embody this time for you. ‘What would you like to release, create, build, change?’ Or simply BE
Herbal tea connection ~ the fragrance, embrace, the connection to Earth. Connect to Mother Gaia’s plant medicine, connect to your heart & set new intentions to ‘sip in’. As water retains memory it will carry the divine herbs within, filling your cup as nature intended. Open to receive love and settle in to a relaxed state of consciousness.
Plant Meditation ~ Breathe, sit & connect to the sacred healing powers of the ‘dandelion’ she will give insight of a way forward, opening space & guidance on your journey. What does she show you? How does she make you feel? Does she boost you? Relax you? Bring a smile to your face with her brightness?
Sound Journey ~ stillness in the moment of vibration, feel the waves of harmony, embracing memories and letting go of what no longer serves your present path. Sound frequency is a way of healing on a cellular level. The beat of the shamanic drum grounding your senses, beating to the rhythm of your heart, shifting stagnate energy, the trickle of tribal seed rattles and the vibration of crystal bowls moving to higher realms, ocean drums washing over you. Each instrument offering a sensory vocation.
