SOUND HEALING
We are vibrational beings. Our voice is our frequency, it expresses who we are.
Like tuning into our favourite song on the radio, the 'frequency' carries vibration.
It can make us want to dance, sing, cry, laugh, scream.
The element of water holds memory, and within our bodies.
When we introduce healing frequency sound to our body it creates a flow on effect
shifting emotions being stored in our BEing.
These can be any trauma, memory or dis-ease that you have been holding onto on a
physical, subconscious or cellular level.
The vibrations of sound healing instruments can release these emotions creating a great shift naturally restoring harmony to the body.
As feelings may arise during a sound session, let them go, it is ok, it is part of the healing process.
